Established in 1993 we are an independent firm of Chartered Surveyors having built our reputation on providing a reliable, professional and responsive service.

Our independence from banks, building societies and insurance companies ensures that we are able to provide to our clients a completely honest and unbiased opinion in respect of all property matters and that opinion is reflected in our detailed and comprehensive reports.

With offices based in Mayfair, Richmond and in Harrow, we have a detailed and longstanding knowledge of Central London, North West London, Middlesex, Surrey and the Home Counties and surrounding areas within the South East which ensures that we are able to offer our diverse range of clients an extensive and comprehensive choice of services whilst also providing the all important personal contact which many larger firms are simply not able to provide. David Cooper Associates Chartered Surveyors offers services ranging from Building Surveys and Homebuyer Reports through to Valuations for all purposes and Expert Witness Reports. Our services, however, are not limited only to just those aspects. We cover Leasehold Enfranchisement (residential lease extensions) and Collective Freehold Purchases under the provisions of the Leasehold Reform, Housing and Urban Development Act 1993, Party Wall Agreements (under the Party Wall etc Act 1996), boundary disputes, dilapidations, landlord and tenant issuses, planning and architectural services, specifications and project management and most building surveying and valuation services of whatever nature. All professional services are carried out by one of the partners or consultants personally and all partners and consultants are fully qualified members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors or other professional bodies, and possess the necessary skills and knowledge appropriate to the relevant task. Our consultants include Architects, specialist building surveyors and structural engineers and, in this way, we are able to provide a ‘from start to finish’ service.
