Accommodation Reports

Accommodation reports are usually required for immigration 'Entry Clearance' purposes in order to confirm the suitability of a residential property in habitable terms.

David Cooper Associates Chartered Surveyors can offer our Clients a fast and economic service which will include an inspection of the property at short notice and the formulation of an Accommodation Report for immigration purposes on a timely basis.

Our survey reports can also include advice in respect of whether the property:-

• Meets the current statutory minimum standard for housing
• Is in a reasonable state of repair
• Is not overcrowded
• Has reasonably modern facilities and services
• Provides a reasonable degree of thermal comfort

Where a property is in an obviously poor state of repair, you may require a Building Defect Report.
