Building Defect Reports

David Cooper Associates Chartered Surveyors undertake all types of residential and commercial property inspection to identify and report upon building defects including subsidence, damp, poor workmanship or other actual or suspected defects.

We are regularly instructed on behalf of home owners, insurance companies, commercial and other property owners, landlords and tenants and solicitors to advise and report upon a variety of building defects, both actual and suspected.

David Cooper Associates Chartered Surveyors offer a service whereby we can carry out a detailed physical inspection of the property and, if required as a second stage, to report upon our findings by way of a formal report. Such reports can be used by property owners, insurance companies, landlords and tenants, and solicitors for insurance, Expert Witness reports, Dilapidations, Party Wall, insurance or general property maintenance purposes.
